Breakfast:

Coffee with stevia and creamer
Protein Plus strawberry smoothie + flax

Lunch:

Salad

Dinner:

Chick-fil-a sandwich
Fruit cup

Snack:

Pretzels
Watermelon

**No, the Chick-fil-a sandwich wasn't the best choice, but I don't regret it. :)
